Dear Bob - you've done it again! Thank you so very much for escorting us on yet another truly memorable trip - we loved every moment and are still amazed we travelled so far and saw so much in such a short time.
And of course John and I never cease to marvel at your "behind-the-scenes" organisation (and re-organisation) which makes our journeys with you appear so effortless!
Once again, our thanks to you for everything.
PS.I'll never forget my 2008 birthday - from Singapore Airlines lovely impromptu surprise, to birthday cakes and your magnificent gift in Xi'an. You spoilt me rotten! Thank you again.
