Dear Bob & Beth, We feel that we have been very remiss over the past few years by not filling in the critique form usually provided by your agency. Over the past 5 years we have been looked after in most admirable fashion by Christa Randall. We have had 5 cruises for a total of 224 days. All transfers, airlines, hotels, tours and cruises have been arranged by Christa, and, as a result of her meticulous attention to detail we have enjoyed totally trouble free travelling. The tour company and hotels recommended by her have without fail met our expectations and we have had no hesitation with recommending Travel Masters to other travellers. Dear Kerry, just a short note to say we had a wonderful trip to the UK and on the Dawn Princess, and 3 days in Dubai...and thank you so much for organising it all at such short notice. All our bookings went according to plan and all very smoothly. The Princess cruise was lovely and we visited so many places in such a short time. Thanks for all the newsletters we get from the Travel Studio, we would certainly like to do a trip next year. I have in mind a Baltic cruise, or we have never been through the Panama Canal, so thats another thing on our list.
